The entire industry is full of hacks, so it's all relative.

A stint on the NJ supreme court says he might not be a hack.

But then again it is NJ....

I think Nap does his best to be as impartial as he can while working for a bad news company.

As opposed to CNN which doesn't have an impartial person on its entire staff?

Like I said, it's all relative.

It is about driving clicks, a title like that with speculative opinion is prime for drawing more clicks. That is why I don't go to the main news sites anymore (CNN / MSNBC / FOX / ABC / ect..), they are just drivel and click-bait.

Original 302 that amounted to nothing

The judge saw it, didn't even bring it up today. Nothing came of it, nothing will come of it, but go ahead nausi, let your conspiracy theories run wild.
Look at that, it seems to be missing any indication that flynn lied. No wonder Mueller didn’t turn it in on friday like he judge requested. What a sham.

Because he is a witness in the case against his partner /facepalm
His sentencing is March 15 you know the Ides of March? I’m sure Shakespearean references are lost on you.

However, Mueller also won the subpoena appeal today against “Company A”.

Also you really don’t understand why the judge asked for the 302’s or how Flynn’s legal team made a grave miscalculation trying to run with the “Fox and Friends: Flynnghazi” angle. The 302s worked in Mueller’s favor and Flynn admitted the whole thing was a made up Conspiracy when he acknowledged he knew lying to the FBI was illegal and that his plea of guilty was because he was in fact guilty.

It completely blew in his face and the judge appears to be ready to throw the book at him. Now Mueller’s team doesn’t want this because it messes with their deals with other people cooperating.

Can’t trust you’re going to get a lenient sentence when the judge is ready to go against your recommendations.

I don’t know who’s snake oil you’re buying but Mueller and his team are batting a 1000.

Well, Mueller has a bunch of indictments on people that have nothing to do with what he was supposedly sent to investigate. So I guess there's that.

Vic’s making it all up, just like that transcript he claimed to have.

Hilarious to watch. He gets proven wrong all day and he just doesn’t stop.

If it wasn’t so pathetic it might actually be admirable.

Clearly you guys have never seen a RICO case in action.

Flynn got a lenient recommendation because of his cooperation and the information he gave up.

Flynn didn’t get a lenient recommendation because the crimes were mere trifles.

The question then arises who did Flynn give up the goods on? It’s pretty obvious who.

Hey but you know you guys prove you’re not the sharpest tools in the shed nor moderates you pretend to be. Especially when your responses to a sitting President of the United States musing if he can revoke the first amendment of the Constitution (they took an oath to protect) against people making fun of him; is the tried an true sophomorish idiotic apathy that it’s no big whoop and everyone who understands how unpatriotic and unamerican the moment was is being ridiculous.

This is a witch hunt period.

Get the outsider out of DC so the ruling class can continue to rip the rest of us taxpayers off.

To the extent one doesn’t view it that way is probably very strongly correlated to your net contribution of taxes to society.

So, is he a moron, or is he so smart that he has been able to collude with Russia to steal the election in such a way that the entirety of the world's media hasn't obtained a trace of the evidence?

I mean, you can't have it both ways.

Without going in depth, a lot of politicians also tend to be morons, but some/most of them try to hide it.

Well, I have to give you that, but why should we reward politicians who are deceitful about who they are? I'll take the person I understand over the obvious fake any day.
