So pretty much what is being said in a nutshell is this;
If ACC is capped, stack STR, ATK, and DA/TA/QA (ATK especially with Shoha due to the Atk. penalty)
If ACC is not capped, Work with Elemental Gorget/belt + ACC, STR, ATK, DA/TA/QA everywhere else?
Am I missing anything part of this as a whole?

Shoha has an attack bonus, not an attack penalty.

37.5% attack bonus is so high that it swings around full circle into the negative sometimes, obviously
but rearry, general rule that may change on a by-the-slot basis: decent sized boosts to fTP (including avg gains from DA/TA/QA) > STR > watever else what you said about ACC is correct

Hmm, I remember reading somewhere it had a ATK- attached to it. Heh, learn something new everyday. Other then that goofup, that about right then?
Whatever adds to the dmg the most. Any hit is better than a miss, so acc capped is priority. Next is slot by slot as proth said whatever boosts the fTP the most. QA/TA/DA. Then pile on the str. Its all mathy stuff, so either learn the formulas or choose from the many great sets in the sam gear lvl99 thread.
Has anyone noticed a bit of damage reduction with shoha since update yesterday? Maybe just getting bad luck but my ws doing WAY less then normal during ADL farming
Yep, and they increased the droprate on Ridill too.

More and more i'm starting to wonder. My shohas used to average 3-4k on dc mobs like nyzul with spikes into the 6-7.4k range. I haven't broke 5k in a week and if anything fudo seems more potent on even high def mobs.

So i am a "new" carrer SAM since my LS wanted me to be. lol
I am using current WS set: Any advice how i do get bigger ws numbers? I am aiming for Ace´s Mail atm but stupid Uptala wont drop it after 50 kills. Besides the Ace's Mail (which would be one of your better stand-ins until you can potentially get Phorcys), you'll likely want Windbuffet Belt, Ganesha's Mala, and the TP Bonus Moonshade Earring.
Additionally, I'd recommend something like Mustela Gloves or Phorcys Mitts over Heafoc on the standpoint that, while the first hit of Shoha will be at or near the accuracy cap, the second one won't be, so that -accuracy will be a real issue. Thx for the advice. ^^
Some items are hard to get like the NNI hands but will try to work on it. And maybe i will get someone to help me on WotG Missions so i get the earring -.- Avant +1 over mustela IF you have the ability to get phorcys gear, no point spending hours and hours or piles of gil if you're just going to replace them in a matter of weeks. The time would be better spent on spamming uptala or getting moonshade.
Working on Masa. Its at 80 atm and i still need 34 lanterns. I wanna get it to 99 but it will take some time. ^^

Pretty misleading post. TPbonus earring is a 25% bonus. With a TPBonusGKT you'll want to use a STR earring anytime your TP is over around 160tp. 99Masa is better then 99Amano...if you acc is low, SAM offers a variety of gear options to TP in (esp with embrava up) and also WSs in some of the highest ACC equip of any melee job. SAM also has just a large TP/WS ratio and their main highlvl mob WS has a major attack boost, switching foods is not going to gimp SAM as much as a DRK or WAR. Obviously AM3 (2-3) is what makes Mythics the beast that they are. I thought the acc came with each level of AM.
slightly lamer than I thought :( ***, if only. Getting all 3 bonuses for level 3 would be pretty awesome
Even so, SAM has some serious acc, I rarely find myself lacking acc with masamune and red curry buns. I also TP in like 47 ACC without regain, with I'm TPing in almost 60 simply because the best gear for that slot happens to have acc too. If you're having acc issues, change up your sets and move STP around, Amano's acc or mythic acc AM should be completely unneccessary outside of really high end stuff like legion, assuming you have an LS that takes SAM to legion.
Ganesha's/Windbuffet beats Ele Gorget/Belt when ACC capped, correct?
