I didn't specifically "test" on Kaggen, I just happened to come SAM that day, had Murasamemaru at that time and saved some of the parses.

Also, I can't test anything myself right now, as I'm waiting for them to unlock my account again (C&B garbage etc.. -_-).

Hidden effect is "makes you hope there is one so you dont feel bad for not getting a REAL GK"

Hidden effect is "makes you feel the simple fact there is a hidden, non completely proved, non tested, non quantified effect will actually exponentially raise the value of a mid VW term GK and excuse players for using it out of pure and simple ooooh, I have it and you don't city gear."

Perhaps?

With a proper hidden effect it would have been an above average GKT.

It's kind of hard to capture the true look in a SS.

I took 4 and they seemed lackluster compared to the real thing.

I'll try again later when I have some more time...

Pure rumor (he-said-she-said-they-heard-from-a-JP) is that this weapon gives WS damage +5% during rain weather. lol...

I remember doing a Quilin with a guy that had it. I asked him if they figured what the hidden was and he said it was probably some +ws% like Borealis. He said a few times he did some 9k Shoha's, but I didn't see him do any.

Idk if this helps or if it's just eyeballing and I'll get yelled at! :)

Was this found out yet? apparently Murasamemaru turns all WS into no "damage type" like twilight scythe normal hits.

Twilight scythe have uncategorized weapon type (from the normal piercing, blunt, h2h, and slashing). It's not it doesn't have any element.

Also : citation needed.

Shoha went through Pil's shield for 231 damage... all melee attacks were doing 0, so that might be it...

SE gave away a few other secrets as well that im sure are about to surface.

one RNG related, something about resetting all hate maybe.

another about resetting VW weak points on a 5 min cooldown.

To tier 1 elementals in altepa, with no food etc and 300% tp, 2.9 average WSs using Murasamemaru. 700 average using Kikugosaku

you mean average was 2900 with mura? And did you check them first to make sure they didn't lvl up?

My Sam is definitely not epic geared. And this was on the same Tier 1 VNM elemental

yes he does, I'll post the parse in a sec... and we did it on one single t1 VNM.. there was a pretty obvious difference.

It wasn't done perfectly, but as I said, there was a pretty obvious difference, so we didn't do much more.

Can go back and get parses of 20 ws's with each gk on eles if needed, but 2900 average vs 700 average (on the same mob) seemed pretty conclusive to me.

^ were exact values on the ele. 2533, 2647, 2815 were Mura. 610, 775, 1061 were Kiku. I didn't pay attention on my WHM so he died right there at the end, which is why I have Gimp's damage on the parser >_>.

Seems like it converts weaponskill damage to non-elemental damage, with just that little amount of testing.Though again... Can go do more testing if it's really needed.

edit: they were all at 300% TP too, just to be clear on that :x I don't think the one on Pil was.
