Conveniently enough, DA/TA %'s are the hardest stats to parse. Could just count total attacks I suppose. Would need to have no counter or retaliation though. Its as he said, this is no easy task. I posted this so maybe every WAR could post their results and we can see what we gather. And no I did not say I found a cap, I just "think" i may be at it or near it as I see no difference at all really through the grips. Its only a 2% margin thats not alot to work with..

If you think about it, we're getting close to numbers where that +2% DA, comes out to closer to 1-1.5% DA, because of the diminishing returns from it. Do you think you could eyeball a 1% increase? I know I can't. But even if you were capped DA, Uther's would still be a crappy option. With all the STP available, you'd be better off aiming for a 5hit and using rose strap, or overshooting and using a sword strap.

WAR can get 27% DA max, with Fighter's Roll from COR giving 18% - 45% total. Atmas give 15% DA w/ 3 DA Major, which totals to a max of 60% on WAR.
Seeing as the chart is 58%~, you might be able to test this cap, although it seems kind of impractical to have that much DA anyways...
