While it's entirely plausible that the Waking the Beast titles are supposed to be exclusive with each other, it would be the only real instance of it in the entire game. There's a lot of quests where you only get one of X titles when doing it, but completing it allows access to all the alternatives as well. That's why I personally consider it a bug.
But I'll try my third completion of it later tonight after work if no one else has done it by then to try and confirm it's still an issue.

Bastok has Xarc/Beaucedine this week but not having any luck unlocking Steel Resolve IV or Hazardous Materials for them. Are there any secondary requirements for them? I unlocked SR II like normal but after throwing another ~40 tags at SR II I've still yet to unlock SR III. Also turned in 2 sets of stronghold boxes to see if that'd help but no go so far.
Campaign ops likely have invisible requirements of nation stats to be available on top of (or perhaps due to) the repetition of previous tiers. These stats will go up over the week and we just reset yesterday. It's not uncommon that some ops take several days to show up, just check in every so often.

Friends and I did around 30 runs of Pit Spider 2 on Windy this week after the restart without Pit Spider 3 opening. I read a note about By Light of Fire needing Recon 5+, so on a lark I pushed Windy's Recon to 4 and Pit Spider 3 immediately appeared.

Got 1100 RoEs complete but no rank up from 8 to 9 still. As expected though.

So these two are still mutually exclusive and the only example of such in the game that I know of. Probably should still be reported.

Still Rank 4, but I'm watching for a playtime based increase based on playtime days now.
All missions done except a bunch of Campaign Ops RoE: 770+ (It is more but I did not count others do not track on quest page) Quests: 500+ Captain Rank Titles: 580+ All jobs 99, 6 Mastered, Highest ML 20 All HP, Survival, lyco - missing only one outpost warp Cleared all but 5 ZNM. Titles from all Aeonic, Vagary. I can calc based on Hipotion's if someone explains what is counted in that big 18000~ count number. Sorry, not running windower or anything. If it is just a flat count of levels, spells, etc, and things done that's easy to calc except I don't think people below rank 7-8 have reported their progress like that. Edit: From typing in my numbers based on the listing it was 5473/11234 based on the checklist post by Dexprozius. Though I am significantly close to Vyre who after the Rank 10 modification went from 5->6. I'm going to try to get Medal of Altana since that is known to be huge. I have less than 12 hours before the next 'play time day change'. Ticked up to rank 6 last night! Trigger event was getting legend in my 2nd coalition.

HiPotion must be the guy who programmed the windows file transfer time remaining estimator. We still appreciate you dude :) I don't use that, I was just adding up the values from the prior posted list. Well, I hit rank 5.... but it didn't make any sense to me. I did not *do* anything that seemed to warrant it. I had completed all the campaign ops I could do, did legion and was still sitting pretty on Rank 4 as 60 Days of playtime clicked over.
Figured so much for that, but I was out of junk to do and I got my medal (no upgrade), so I what I did do was clear a campaign battle in Xarcabard... zoned into Beaucedine to that campaign battle. Rank 5. I have no idea for sure because I wasn't looking right for it - but the day had changed and I had zoned. Is it possible just doing a campaign battle in an area counts or did it happen because of a change tied to the playtime and date? I do not know. This seems the opportune moment to put my list up against the one above (old or not, monstrocity is the biggest thing and I have only 120 levels there) I entered in the data as I know it to be current, I skipped a few things - such as fishing which I am not running to Katsuga for but that would be about 40. The maw warps I think is full, but I don't get what 32 represent unless it is confluxes too. -Mastery Rank: 4--->5 *ding* -Checklist Progress ????/17200 - I do not know how it counts so I just typed it up. I'm still chasing the 3 last runes from the Moblin Escort quest. They're just not dropping AT ALL. I'm waiting until 6 CC points to get a double chest too. Any recommendations? Additionally... if someone has some hidden strategy for Chocobo Hot N Cold in Bubu/Valk to up success rate... i'm wearing white silks but no treasure hunter.. and this is hell. sub 50% success rate. You just dont get enough before fatigue

I compared the two lists between mine and paladinepsot and the sheer number of levels is something huge. And job mastery and craft levels makes sense to me as being something I'll have to try.
In terms of missions, quests, coalition, monstrosity, titles, and by a wide margin on RoE I am higher either by a little or a lot. 770 vs 460 RoE 504 vs 369 Quests 576* vs 495 titles - (*I have to update because I am down a few, it is over 580) And frankly the mission differences (full clear vs 1 city and incomplete minis) being rather troubling for me. As for my current RoE hunt. I have a lot of harvesting and combat zone ones remaining which I will keep hammering out. It will be easy to break 800-850 in the coming week I think. Crafting comparison is almost double mine and pure leveling is an immense difference. This leads me to the conclusion that pure grind difference here account for a greater gap between rank 5->6. I do have a question, only since we saw altana medal being equivalent to so many quests. I am medal 1. What campaign rank and playtime do you have paladinepsot? Sorry to be so wordy, I am genuinely intrigued and trying to figure out the weight system (or cap) from our differences. Yay! Finished Maze Overlord! (Still rank 9.)
