Mastery Rank Data

So Baileys/Keep are beastmen this week for the first time in a couple months. Beaucedine/Xarcabard are Sandy. With some reconnaissance effort, Bailey Borer and Kinslayer: Baileys were unlocked. Then with additional effort and repeats (I can't pinpoint exactly what did it), Kinslayer: keep was unlocked. So that tracks. At one point, the Keep ops disappeared and reappeared.

Anyway, I'm not sure about whether Beaucedine/Xarcabard control affects the availability of the Kinslayer ops but the ops description suggests it might? Or maybe reconnaissance just isn't high enough?

just changed back to sandy for some Ops.
sandy controls: Throne Room, Xarcabard (S), all local zones including La Vaule, and Castle Oztroja (S)...
Beastmen control Beaucedine (S) and both castle zvahls, yet San d'Oria does not have access to any Smokescreens, even V.

edit: ... might be because i dropped 2 ranks changing nation. will upadte after i can rank up.

double checked, sandy does own xarcabard (S) and beastmen own beaucedine (S), so both should show up. can't imagine they both need medal of altana. oldwiki shows the lowest medal unlocking them both. wonder if it has to do with Throne Room being owned by sandy, or maybe castle oztroja being under standy instead of windy making them both vanish.

Has anyone earned the Ballista title "Gold Balli☆☆☆☆star" and not been able to set it again from Moozo-Koozo in San d'Oria? I got Gold Ballistar way back in the 360 days for the achievement, and when I went to check the Bard NPC in Southern San d'Oria this evening it was not an option.

To be fair, I earned it on a different server than the one I'm on now, and I'm not sure if that's data that gets wiped across servers... but I haven't touched Ballista on Odin and I can get the Rook Buster title, so I'm a little confused.

The Marshal in Ru'Lude says I have 917 Ballista Points and that I've previously been presented the Gold chevron 1 time (for the 1 time I got it on another server), meaning all other Ballista data is still linked to my character, so I don't think the title specifically was wiped from my character's data.

Is this a title whose data is linked to a title bard but isn't actually re-obtainable?

Has anyone ever reported Rank9 with less than 900 titles? I don't think I've seen anyone reporting that so far.


Don't quote me on that but I seem to recall Kinslayer Keep/Baileys become available only if Xarc/Beauc are NOT under Beastmen control.

I can grab it from the bard np.

Given that the Ops description is:

"Allied forces have breached the gates of Castle Zvahl, only to be thwarted by the formidable enemy contingent within. Join the mercenaries of the Cobra Unit in a strategic assault on the castle baileys to remove the Kindred commanders and deal a serious blow to enemy morale."

It kinda makes sense.
