Yeah We are huge. I’m 6’4 and my sister is 6’0 so I tend to forget how tiny humanity is in general.

Never seen bagged milk in a grocery store in my life, idk what you American dorks are on about.

Always been 2 litre cartons and 4 litre plastic jugs everywhere I go.

You don't homogenize nor ultra pasteurize.

As a kid I got to work at a small scale dairy. We only pasteurized and at 4 days the pigs got it. But I know what real milk tastes like. And for many decades commercially available milk fell flat.

Homogenization is not really a problem. Today all the butterfat is stripped out of the milk and carefully added back for each product. But the ultra pasteurization makes milk taste like ... well ... milk to me. And adds to the shelf time as well.

Well I set up an elaborate windmill turbine thingy to use electrify. And I built a computer out of old tractor parts...and furnished a NIC card from a tree...took the neighbor's phone line ran the line all the way to my computer...and here we are !
