I swear to *** god, how many dogshit takes can one person make in a 24 hour period.

There are 10+ mobs pulled together into one spot, this is typical for the content Capuchin referenced (Limbus, significant chunks of Sortie, Segments, Dyna, Omen). The fighters within the party, including the DNC, picks whatever targets at random. Only the people attacking the same mob as the DNC gain from Haste Daze. Distance from the DNC is a non factor.

Same situation as above, but now its a GEO instead of DNC. Everyone within the party gains from indi-haste provided they are ~6 away from the geo, doesnt matter what target they are fighting.

So no, Haste Daze and Indi-Haste "do not have the same problem".

I think he meant "split up the party" not "split up" in terms of distance between party members
