Anyone got a good moonphase (time) to fish for Matsya?

I do not notice much difference in break rate; it might have some affect on the bite rate but I haven't payed too much attention. My rate averages close to 1 fish per 5 baits regardless of moonphase. But like I said I only go on fullmoons now because there's people to hold mobs for me so my stats are probably a bit skewed. Go at full moons as well for the same reason, but last moon I seemed to line break a very noticeable amount less with the full moon compared to later in the day without it. I went 20 Matsyas to 75 bait with moon and then it ended and I got 5 in the next 50 or so, with 14 line breaks in a row. Bite rate seemed maybe marginally higher with moon, but nothing noticeable, this could have been just luck, but since it takes time to gather bait, I'm fine with planning around full moon to fish them up, 0/40 thus far, gonna compile some bait for the full moon Monday night!
Edit** Zaldon can eat a bag of *** Thought as much on the full moon bit. Thankfully it sounds like it's not terrible from you guys accounts.

I feel real hard for people who go into the 400+... 150 felt like a sack of crap resulting in the attempted murder of that fat *** galka.

Provided that i generally bout them for 25-30k About 10-12mil on lik alone xD Yeah i commissioned Kalilla at 25k per fish and asked her to do 100 in bulk for me so 2.5M per zaldon trip. Luckily he put out half way through the second order for me.....
I can't imagine blowing 10-12M on lik >_< 5M felt bad enough and got a 1.5M return which i blew on 39 gugs and got jack from it lol. I finished Lushangs and SHOULD soon get serpent rumors in the next 2-3 days depending how stupid the guild wants to go on GP items... I do want to fish my own gugs if it can be helped.

Im still in Good Hopes as I'd hope I could get the money back over time.... As for Lu shang I end up buying it (4.8 mil) I think i was 2K Moat carp until I thought bout it... Lets see... If 2 chars fish moat carp all day... That's 400 a day 2800 a week So i'd get all 10k in about 3.5 weeks.... OR....just spend the 4-5 mil in a day and probably could get that 4-5 mil back within that 3.5 weeks lol I got Saber Shoot by Gugs by only spending lil over a mil....i wanna say 1.5 mil Probably why your having horrible lik luck... law of averages :| Also LuShangs is up to 8M on siren and i easily see it hitting 9-10M on next few sales. I had 3 characters able to fish moats nonstop and it only took me a week and a half to finish with minor buying to boost the daily count sufficiently. Casual 2 hours or so each day total.

That's Server inflation for you... I have Serpent Rumors but seeing that im 84.....and don't have albatross doubt ill catch many w/o a WW friend near by xD I caught maybe 5 gugs and broke the damn thing like 4 times xD And don't let me start with the line breaks lol Glad i wasn't using an expensive bait lol Phoenix.Pooman said: » I've never paid attention to the guild patterns on this site, but how accurate is it? I leveled woodworking to 75 specifically for that reason lol, And I just managed to snag TWO albatross rings for myself with kalilla and her boyfriend yesterday. We still have 1 more run to do so they get their second each as well.
Sadly I plan to pass my lushang off to my mule after i complete ebisu. Maybe after mule gets ebisu someday after a long break from zaldon >_> I may sell finally. EDIT: Also the guild patterns on here are 90% of the time dead on and if there are enough errors reported by users it will be corrected later on. You have no idea how much he complained about this ingame ;-) How people fish 150~ Hakuryu in a single day is beyond me. Even assuming you used a bot that would not stop fishing, wouldn't it still take all day long?
that's precisely the direction i didnt want the topic to flow, but the numbers are scalable. if u took 30 minnows out to the glacier and only caught 30 haks with them, you might notice

Had a friend come sch to save me some baits, and after a few sleeps they started to resist lasted like a few seconds, in the end had her come dnc which worked nice. I know very few people that fish manually, in all honesty the only reason i do is because i no longer have a bot. But i have seen people in the glacier for days at a time, was a guy on Quetz until the early part of this year had his main and 2 mules out there 24/7 and another 2 mules he would have camped at the guilds for lures. Over the last year or 2 fishing to me has become less and less profitable simply because if i am at the pc i can make more by doing vnm or farming than i ever can fishing manually. And i only know 2 people that fish manually and thats only because they are trying for the Shawl. Welp im just a baby fishermen but I fish manually, and will always do so, so there's three :P
And uh *was* a guy? I think you meant *there are lots of guys*... lol im talking about 1 in particular lol, there is still one that has like 4 alts all fishing but one in particular disappeared around january so did all his mules. Fishing manually is ok, but fishing in my opinion is only profitable if you bot and do it while afk. gil is to easy to make in other ways these days. i fish now for the cape, its a challenge thing.
