As long as it's legal, it's your right to smoke Spath. As you said, it's your choice and you know the consequences to it. From there, you're an adult, you've made your decision and you're free to pursue it. Smoke 'em if you got 'em, buddy.

It's like Headstrong said earlier, if you don't actually feel like quitting it's not going to happen. So if people are just going to keep pestering me to quit it's not gonna help things at all cause I honestly don't feel like doing so at this point.

Well, there are smokers who know what's rude and what's not rude, and then there are those obnoxious smokers who know that it gives emphysema and still blow it in your face to be a douche. Also, if it's cancer you're worried about, you can get cancer in so many different places for so many different things that if your lungs don't getcha, then something else will.
