I guess I should have thought more, but when I grabbed some "sweet cheese" pirogi, I did not assume it meant cheesecake inside. What a weird *** thing.
Bettman will never let Canadian hockey be great again. Its not financially productive for him to do that. Our markets are never gonna be in danger (though our economy getting flushed down may have an impact), the fans will always show up. Its better for the league if small market american teams to win.
Hamilton and Quebec are perfect hockey cities, but he couldnt let them have a team, he had to make sure his pet project in Arizona live on, to the point their home games were in a college barn. Eventually he couldnt keep that alive and the team moved to noted hockey / general sporting hotbed Utah.
We need to make Canadian (hockey teams) great again!
If they payed in American dollars rather than Canadian dollars it might happen. But I think that LA can come up with more American dollars than all of Canada could.

They do though, hence my line about the Canadian economy going into the shitter. Thats why the Jets and Nordiques left in the 90's, and even the Canadiens were a minor risk of relocation as well.
If playing CoD taught me anything, it's that the 50% of players I saw with Trump, Diddy or MAGA clan tags decided to take a break from banging my mom to go vote.

Actually I only feed them if my wife can't, and they're the ones who massage me with their paws.
They hop up in my lap and do this little kneading thing. It's very cute.
I think they like me so much cause they know I'm mildly allergic. I gotta take a claritin everyday since we moved in together, but they're so dang cute it's worth it.
Not sure what's the big deal about it either.... it's about as weird as people eating kangaroo or rabbits.....aka, only weird to people who don't eat it.

I would argue that eating cats or dogs is generally seen as weirder than kangaroo or rabbit, simply because they are traditionally companion or working animals. Obviously, cultural bias plays a part, and pet rabbits aren't unheard of but they still feel more like a livestock pet than something you'd regularly own in the city.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
