If Disney + serves to push Netflix into making better content, then it achieved its purpose. This was a rough year for Netflix, I know it had a couple of Oscar nom movies, and the Witcher is coming at the end of the year, but overall the original content was lacking. They seemed to just sit back and relax because they were dusting Hulu and Amazon.
