Yah I can't remember who I called last time mad as hell to cancel my service. Them stalling did not help them.
Going to really love it when I cancel the entire account next month. That's what they get for shitty billing practices, hidden fees, and removing my google voice integration.
I think I was pissed at Amazon. IIRC, some crap for work came broken. Instead of sending me replacements and letting me resend them, they issued a refund, then had me order them myself. This was purchased on a company card, so it was way more hassle then I wanted to deal with.
Then after resigning to being screwed by them, they tried to give me one shipping label for 4 items broken out of 28. (Was some trim pieces for work and almost all of them came shipped individually). So I made the person give me 4 labels not just one, out of spite.
