Yah I can't remember who I called last time mad as hell to cancel my service. Them stalling did not help them.

I think I was pissed at Amazon. IIRC, some crap for work came broken. Instead of sending me replacements and letting me resend them, they issued a refund, then had me order them myself. This was purchased on a company card, so it was way more hassle then I wanted to deal with.

Then after resigning to being screwed by them, they tried to give me one shipping label for 4 items broken out of 28. (Was some trim pieces for work and almost all of them came shipped individually). So I made the person give me 4 labels not just one, out of spite.

Honestly haven't had a problem out of Amazon cs, but then again I never did call to *** about the shitty packaging on their single packed games.

I use Amazon online chat when I need CS from them.
easier to copy/paste info, links, products, order numbers like that.

Yeah, unfortunately Sprint requires you to call their support # and talk to a "retention specialist" in order to cancel your service.

I can do just about everything else online, or even in the store, but you can't cancel anywhere except on the phone. It's stupid.

I'll be glad when I'm done with their stupidity.

UGHHHH LEON! I got looking at a Kumari Cruiser and I wants....

Then I started looking at the T6 Pilot Versions, I wants too, since the T5 Kumari stats so plain, no real jazz, but I don't want to drop that kind of dough on them.

Maybe for the X-mas I'll get me just the Kumari.
