Barry appears in season 2 for a couple episode (?)
so the Flash (S1) series actually kicks in on Arrow's Season 3.
while each show is a stand alone, characters from both shows do make a random appearance between each other, and they do mention the other group's current events randomly.

Arrow Season 4 and Flash Season 2 kind of spins off into "dc heroes of tomorrow" season 1

there is one episode (Season 2) that crosses over to Super Girl's episode, as Flash makes appearance there, but people who are oblivious of this wont even notice it.

about time to build him a new habitat. thinking 10' x 8' x 5' (h x l x w, bigger than standard iguana habitats but necessary since he'll be spending a lot of time in it) made mostly of wood+plexiglass. he has gotten so messy as he has gotten older/bigger so the more wood the better so i dont have to wipe down the whole thing every day. probably need oak or birch so it's gonna be expensive as ***. could cheap out and go for pine but im afraid that wont last or weather as well.

Depends. If it dries out and you keep it dry, it can last quite awhile. I have like no experience with the treated stuff though.

it wont be treated and since it's a reptile den it'll be humid all the time so i havent got much hope for it. need a heavy resilient wood that isnt aromatic which leaves me with few options
