Since I kind of referenced George Foreman and Futurama in there. Cast Iron skillets are amazing when used, cleaned, and stored properly. Everyone I've met outside of the culinary field seems to think that a pan is a pan is a pan is a loaf of bread is a pan. Also, I think Urial is restoring my faith in humanity...

Seriously, who doesn't love grilled food? Even evil people love grilled food, so they can't be *all* bad. I am not overly knowledgable. I just know that i can find a youtube of some famous chef making something and copy it.

Being able to recreate something shows at least some kind of knowledge worth appreciating. Even if it takes a few attempts. Just as long as none of those attempts requires an emergency hospital visit for getting your electric mixer tangled in long blond hair. I have all sorts of issues with my flowing golden locks while cookong. Mostly involving the fact that I've gone insane and started wearing a wig.

while I've never met anyone who didn't really care for food, I find there's enough evidence to support it, so it's not something I intend to question.

I felt really bad about calling in sick today because I am already at negative time off at work, so I decided to go in and explain directly to them why I was sick and what was going on and that I intend to try and make up hours etc.
However, as soon as I got with our HR person and started telling her what was going on the look on her face was the like TMI TMI TMI look. Totally have the feeling after the fact that I could have just been like "I'm sick" and been good. Oh, and it is really really bad hemorrhoids btw. Just so I can keep my TMI streak alive.
