me=curious.

Its 14 minutes long my computer doesn't want to buffer it. I'm jumping around on it, cannot locate when or where he says it during the discussion checked the beginning and end and searched part the middle. Safe to assume it was brief and perhaps meant nothing.
If anyone can locate the exact time he says it please post here in link form.

Conspiracy theories aside, this is a pretty damn good point to allude to France being our ally.
From what I can take of it...Obama might have been doing this more to ease the bad blood(implied or no) between France/US diplomatically.

Anyhoo still waiting on someone for the video.
