After the horribly rushed YuYu Hakusho live action I had to rewatch the classic... It's still so good
Recently rewatched DuRaRaRa! which is still great. If you havnt seen Baccano! from the same author it's also a good one, surprisingly one of the few anime I'd recommend dubbed.
Keeping up with the standard shonens. Jujutsu Kaisen is wrapping up the shibuya arc which is arguably one of the best in the series given how the manga is panning out now. Bleach TYBW is beautifully animated if you were a reader and had to finish the manga that never got adapted. Spy x Family remains wholesome and silly.
If you havn't seen Frieren: At Journeys End (Sousou no Frieren) its definitely great fantasy, chill vibes, less tropey than most stuff that comes out these days.
Since this is a bit of a necro bump I'd say go back a year or 2 and watch Vinland Saga, Chainsaw Man, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Mushoku Tensei (Jobless Reincarnation), Attack on Titan
Not big into sports anime but I know friends who raved about Blue Lock
Of the recent rom-coms I really enjoyed My Dress Up Darling and Please Don't Bully Me Nagatoro, but there's a few other popular ones like Komi Can't Communicate
If you're an older anime head, Trigun got a modern re-telling in Trigun Stampede with a fresh animation style. Scott Pilgrim got its own anime as well worth checking out
