Cut and Cauterize is npc healing.
My least favorite has easily been the Crafting one since I can't do that on all 3 at the same time unlike the rest. Plus I hate alt-tab spamming.

Was cut and cauterize the npc feeding or healing one or w/e? Or was that the worm one? Or were those the same thing? I just remember the bad ones getting mixed up in my head, ha

THF is a very subpar job damage-wise. It's one of the lowest tiers jobs in the game atm. Treasure Hunter trait is all it has going for it. If the event doesn't need TH, THF is utterly useless.

Going off memory, but I've never seen it explode unless it exceeded 30 (since it usually goes up by 5s on recipes below cap, 30 flat seems fine too). Possible I'm remembering wrong, since multiple people believe otherwise.

Not sure how people are assuming that they'll be any different from the current set of NMs. Sounds like O/U will have certain spawn conditions, maybe tied to the job NMs, and then defeating them will modify the chest drops from clearing the four towers. Just seems to me that they have an aversion to traditional loot systems for Limbus.

Chests were originally brown and grey, and get upgraded to blue when NMs are defeated. Wouldn't it be logical for O/U to further upgrade the chests to brown and gold? And then the gold chest would have a chance to load some new item which can be used to obtain and augment the new armor sets.

My only question is where they'll be spawned. Central Temenos 4 was the old Ultima zone, which has now been converted into a regular zone. But the equivalent Apollyon zone where Omega was fought hasn't been included.

I'm guessing that the chests won't upgrade after killing Omega/Ultima until the next NM tally? So we probably won't see the new equipment until January?

In the preview photo, the bosses seem to be in their little arenas? I don't see them being instanced though, as much as I'd like that. Still, I'm saving my disappointment for the update.

So far my experience has lined up with yours, but surprisingly I unlocked PS II after only 2 completions of PS I, and PS III unlocked after only 1 completion of PS II. BLoF after 2 completions of PS III.
I'm 3-boxing so you can multiply those completions by 3.

IIRC, to fix leaks, you feed the element to the LEFT of the element that is leaking. (This is the superior/stronger element in the elemental wheel).

I also use the safety level at 25% because I've found that leaks happen too frequently or explosions can occur at 30% more than I would like.

Man, I really enjoyed synergy. I wish it would make a come-back.

Also, I hope we can change/adjust our Synergy trainings one day.

Synergy: The best way to stop a leak is just to feed the next element in the cycle, right?

I got roped into making some Fotias/Obis and it's been literally years.

I'm a bit surprised by two things:

1) Fujito definese these new Ultima and Omega as "similar" to the old ones, but they look exactly the same? Wonder what he means
2) Them popping up in the field. I was expecting them to appear in their own original zones, with a "gating" to enter, like you have to farm a KI or something which gets consumed on entry (allowing up to 18 people of course)

I wasn't expecting a super challenging fight either, but to see them "downgraded" as simple NMs in Domain Invasion style with the difference that they drop zero exp, zero EP, zero units, zero items, zero anything.
That's quite, I dunno, peculiar and disappointing.

I was expecting NMs to play a role in the "farming" entry for Ultima/Omega but think again.


If this is really ALL there is to Limbus, I guess we can start to really judge it without the "wait, maybe there's something new coming, maybe this part will makes sense then" thing we've been echoing for the past few months.

That just means you filled out the form correctly. It's not a bug.
