Pretty thankful that I got to join Jetacku's Dyna D shell. Been the best LS I've been in since the 75 era.

Met so many buddies, gotten so much more than just Dyna-D progressed. It's been a blast!

Your stat cap is 642 and you are right on the money on how the tokens will behave. Your plan will cost you ~7,400 chocobucks to alter stats to your liking and as someone who raised a bird with that exact stat spread it is not a good racer. If I was personally trying to adjust the stats on your current bird, I would go 254(+1) 160(+1) 160 64 with the 2 extra points you can spend how you like. Negative item evasion is still on the low side and winning C1 races or the Dream Race will be tough but possible with some luck. I have found 96-128 RCP to be the sweet spot when it comes to item evasion.

IMO it is too large of a chocobuck amount to repair a chocobo. If you raised another bird, with that exact amount of chocobucks in saved race tokens you could just power raise another bird on day 29 and have better overall racing stats. The high END is the problem.

Raising birds has never been easier, just check in once a day and do a watch over. Energy should only be depleted when aiming for a npc out on walks for a KI or trying to learn an ability from stories. The rest will be taken care of from race tokens.

Sorry for the insane bump as a response to this buried comment, but I recently got an Ultimania for a project I'm working on, and it has some notes on this topic.

All of what I'm about to say is based on what little I've translated. The original Zilart were literally pieces of Promathia's body before the great crystal (true crystal?) was shattered. From what I can understand of the explanation, the emptiness in them is so mild, they have the whisper of the soul. In fact, the surviving Zilart in Al'Taieu saw this truth when their city was kicked into the higher dimension. So, all of the Zilart instinctively went to the Chamber of Eventide and merged with the aggregation of Emptiness there. Promathia's will took over, and the Zilartian people no longer saw themselves as separate entities from one another. So, the fragment of Promathia we fight at the end of CoP was literally all of the melded Zilart who survived the Meltdown. Kinda dark.

This kinda tracks with what Diabolos was saying about the Promathian part of people being the thing that makes them people.

Also, the way the Ultimania describes Promathia and Altana is much more abstract, more like platonic forms rather than gods with personality. This makes the difficulties in accessing Altana in RoV make a lot more sense.

That's another 5% proc rate on TS (plus +13% damage on the shots lol.)
You could get the full PDT cap if you go with Oshosi feet instead of head, but that's only 3 TS.

I think the Dyna D Bonus week drops apply to Shared Area versions too, we got a beastmen medal off a normal mob doing Dyna D windy as the bonus week

I think people overestimate how much you spend. Using it for everything that requires dps boost daily, it would maybe be 500k tops.

Who's gonna be first with an add-on that tracks the lifetime total gil spend while wearing ampulla? Could make a helluva fun leaderboard if you wanna aggregate that data.

I know they've recently made some changes to coalitions and the KIs governing imprimatur distribution. I've got an alt that's done every coalition up to and inclusive of advisor rank (that's like, over 80 unique ones) and has both ivory wing talisman ki's and the bronze mattock, but ISN'T getting the bronze shovel.

Anyone know what's up with that? Just keep doing quests?

Back on my stupid inventory space questions: Can you reobtain the SoA mission Reive necks like Adoulin's Refuge +1 if you drop them? BG wiki seems to suggest not (since you can't ever change your choice) but I'm not sure.

It seems very difficult / inconsistent to take focus by clicking anywhere in the FFXI window. Also, the POL login screen flickers upon startup. No drivers have been updated, just the 25H2 update.

Well, I caught up with latest chapter of Spy x Family.

It had some lows here and there, but it was consistent fun through the story.

Unfortunately, currently seems like the major lores are only heating up. Considering it is already past ch100, I would say it is going at a pretty slow pace, what isnt bad by any means given the story is majority slice of life thematic, but I suppose it will take several years till it reaches a conclusion.

Moving on to the next blockbuster of current era, I guess I gonna read Dandandan next
