Thinking back about the Murky/Alabaster matter system.
We're all complaining the the currently supposed drop rate of ~33% is too low and SE did a mistake but... it might be just right, ironically.
It's too slow for the first levels where the Currency required is still little, but it scales up fast. When it reaches 25k+ for each upgrade you're gonna end up in the opposite situation, having a lot of Matters and nothing to do, because you need more units to spend them.
Which is... ironic, and emphasizes that revolving on Matter as a requisite to allow you to spend units wasn't a very good idea probably (unless they plan to use Matters for other things in the future, we'll see).

Why did they create this system? I can imagine because they wanted to promote full climbs, that is doing all floors and opening chest.
Binding Matters as a drop inside chest was their idea to promote that I suppose.
And making so NMs killed would increase the droprate on the following week, was their way to promote that too in synergy.

It just... doesn't work imho. I see their idea, I see their intent, it just doesn't work. But hey the content is not "complete", we'll see what happens in november when more stuff is added!

I will admit I am not a fan of the sky portal warps because they will either tie it to a switch like in sky or make it so it doesn’t work if you have aggro. I have “heard” (not me promise…) that the best way to travel through is just run for it (screw sneak and invis and ghrahs) and superwarp up!

Ygnas will overwrite your haste ii with his low duration version and his enlight will overwrite your enspell and you can't overwrite it with an enspell 1. You'll have to click it off manually first and then reapply.

I agree completely, it's ridiculous. Especially with body seals, it's a time saving ratio of 30:1 or more to get the kupons during campaign. Most other campaigns are somewhere between 1.2 and 3:1.

While it's inconvenient for people starting new chars, most veterans will plan ahead and get dozens or more kupons during the campaign to never have to farm abyssea slips anyway. If abyssea slip farming isn't part of the planned path for emp armor, make a permanent way to get the kupons. Maybe throw them in Ambuscade, idk.

If adblock can bypass a barrier that was supposed to block access for non-subscribers, it is only possible because damn dev thought just a basic javascript would do the work, what is a stupid thing to think.

The average person probably doesn't pick up on it. There are a lot of scammers who successfully use AI to generate responses to people on dating sites, FB, text messages, etc and a lot of people don't pick up on it.

I went through this somewhat recently. My poor Dad was "dating" someone on some site he met "her" on. A few weeks after they "met", he nearly got scammed out of a lot of money through a pretty clever scam that had him transferring money around until I and the PD caught up to him. I found out about "her" later and when I looked at her messages, it was extremely obvious they were written by AI. According to the PD folks we spoke with, it's really common and scammers are using AI generated messages, most people don't pick up on it.


FWIW it hasn't fully been overturned, IIRC SCOTUS has until mid-month to rule on it. It's really unlikely they'll rule that they have to be refunded.

It's unlikely they'll rule against them in the first place, but refunding them is even more unlikely IMO. Either way, it's not a done deal yet.

1-group started fighting things before everyone was ported up
2-someone died and group kept killing mobs while they were dead

Both of these are conscious decisions affected by the group and are noticeable. A quick "everyone get this temp item?" question fixes the issue. If the stupido *** up, they *** up.

LLM's just tell you want you want to hear, regardless of if it's true nor not.

What color did you get? I've been thinking about getting the air in the sky blue color. Not because I need a new gameboy, but because I like the look of the air. Have a 16e at the moment in black.

Does it feel flimsy? I worry about it snapping from being so thin; but I mean, it's about as thin as earlier iterations of the iphone. I can be a bit rough on my phones.

Or an option to toggle between the current setting and "auto next floor"? Maybe that would be too much work, idk.
