Which you can say x-ray isn't an ultrasound, but it's the same imaging place and there was nobody else around there when my Dad went in just before 9 this morning.
Which is where my "Friday before a long weekend" thing came in. Because it's still nice out, it wouldn't surprise me if people just *** off to make this a 4 day weekend.

Crazy, like 10 minutes from me is a walk-in place that does Xrays, ultrasounds etc. Obviously for an MRI you'd need a referral, but rest of it can be walk-in. My dad was there this morning getting the last xray done on his shoulder that he broke about a year ago and said it was pretty quiet.

Anyways, what good is free if the injury im trying to have diagnosed for treatment will likely get exponentially worse in the next 12-15 months? Am i supposed to just sit around like Hasans dog doing nothing during that time? As I understand Canadian health care you can have it free if you wait or pay if you want it sooner.
While it may suck, American health care is you pay an insurance company to tell you that your aren't covered, which sucks worse. |
