only reason i think that could be an issue is enhancing magic duration was a blanket skill type boost, for blu they'd have to add in the individual spells. No idea how easy/difficult that would be, though would assume not hard.

1-Cant build houses because of all the bureaucratic red tape in the way
2-Theres a very easy way to fix the housing problem but its a conversation most people arent comfortable having (and Vyre wont allow it). I'll give you a hint though: it involves undoing a ~20% population increase over the past decade.

Assuming it's the same term as Arbatel Gown +3, that would give SCH another -48 Enmity on top of their normal -50 enmity. That's pretty amazing for self enmity suppression. |

You can do some serious magic bursting and almost never get hate for it.

Housing prices go up for hundreds of different reasons. The single biggest reason here in the US of A is urbanization.
