CHR is only giving .5 MACC if your CHR is capped. I said if it WASN'T capped, your CHR is doing twice as much as your skill.

Well I've always tried to follow the 500 skill 100 chr diagram and I've always had favourable resists

Last I read,
CHR gave 1 macc up until your CHR was 10 higher than your target's CHR, after that point it gave your 0.5 macc.

The thing is you should be stacking chr in the appropriate places, so you dont have to sacrifice in others.

Well I'd always use the Jester cape +1 > Echo / Astute to debuff in, and I'd always use the Gleemans > Marching belt.

But I use AF hands and legs for debuffing in (Other than finale and Lullaby) and I've never had a huge resist problem ever.

I use Errant Houpelande and Nereid rings too, Personally I prefer Nereids than heavens but I think that's more personal preference

That was one of my fiance's first augments. I was hoping for a good augment at the same time and my Haubergeon got Ice+3 >.>

My nereids got - eva, +9 earth (use it on pld for ouryu o.o) and vit/agi+2.
I don't wanna toss either of the last two, and I don't have inv space to warrant getting an extra nereid.
Besides, even with a chr augment, the new Veela ring would probably beat it.
Veela/Omega is the best debuff combo atm i think.

EXPing by yourself, learning how/when to swap, when it's okay/not okay to melee, when/how to use JAs properly, dying and getting used to it... everything to help you prepare to actually DO things on BST75.

A person who AFB'd RDM to 75 might be able to get the hang of Refresh/Haste whoring pretty quickly, but they're not about to go out and start soloing ***. Granted, you can easily say "but a RDM doesn't have to!", that's because they're used for other things in endgame. BST doesn't have the luxury of being a high-demand endgame job.

That said, there's no real "rush" to get BST to 75. You're only cheating yourself by AFBing it.
