Scholar's Gown

Does it have to be worn full time for the "enhances Dark Arts" to have effect or do you just have to wear it when popping Dark Arts? Srry, i'm a scholar noob ^.^

Wear it when casting spells you want enhanced, if you want to check things like this check the (in this case) elemental magic skill with and without it on and it will save you posting.

You have to have it on in order to get the +15 to Elemental, Enfeebling, and Dark. So just think about it having +15 MACC to all these spells. I use it on higher lvl NMs because they tend to be more resistant (of course).

For lower level mobs and pure DMG you are gonna want something with INT, and honestly there isnt a lot to choose from in that department.

Yeah, from what I'm seeing my best bet is gonna be to HQ the Scholar's Gown for the 5 INT. Can't go without the 15 skill to dark, elemental, and enfeebling.

It's only 3 Int unfortunately... if it was 5, then It would be amazing.
