Smn Staffs

is it just me or do yall think smn got screwed on these staffs with -4 perp, i mean i cant just jump into a 16 member party and finish my remaining 150 and 200 kill quest. it has to be done solo!! meaning 50 dmg or more has to be elemental dmg, and it has to be done by ur avatar! omg nightmare, which means nobody else in ur party gets credit for the kill only you!!!!! if you had final blow.

Not just SMN, PUP and BST also have this with theirs.

Edit: Doesnt have to be done solo, just get friends who don't need it to whack the mob down to low hp and then finish it off with your pet.
