Far cry 2 have to agree on that one, crap game same old fps and the Rambo style tree whip trap thing looked ***and it made the enemy die in the same way everytime. There was no real reason to be very covert or use these traps as there wasnt really any real hard parts where you couldnt just go guns blazing. Many of the guns felt and sounded the same, yep just all round really thought it was a bad game. Jungle after jungle with load screens between and occasional enemy camp.
Have to agree on Fable never owned any of the Fable games but the "you can do anything in this game" I hate that ***they come out with. Besides who wants to do everything in a game, GTA can kinda pull this claim off but the game is bit different.
Bouncer too lol, never bought it myself I remember a gaming mag i got around 2002ish I think rated it 5/10 despite the game being made by Square.
If i cant say ffxi only other 2 games I played fairly excessively were GT3 I did 99.3% all but complex string circuit and Halo2 online. GT3 was on the whole fkin boring tbh It just holds you because you want the cars. I used to fall asleep in the 2 hour endurance races. Can say what you like about xbox vs playstation I agree overall playstation 2 was better than original xbox for sheer catalogue of games but pgr2 with xbox controller (s) felt sooooo much better than GT3 on playstation pad. Cone challenge >>> anything GT3 has thought of.
And as for halo2 you all know the deal with fps online you win some you lose some you get stuck at rank like 34 i think I was on halo2 and you find you get more stressed after playing the game than you did just after getting home from work in traffic.
One game I love and I suggest anyone who likes fps or games with a good story to buy is Deus Ex, ive said it before in another thread but this game kicked *** on release in 2000ish. Good stories never get old but the dated graphics can have the effect of making the game feel less real and players used to sick graphics might not get immersed as people would of done 10 years ago.
