Yeah all I remember when I first started playinf FFXI I had the bare minimums to play the dam game... and took me like 2 days to get my video card to make it look right lol.... I remember everyone was still in their home Cities Bastok/Sandy/Windhurst..
You were considered high level if you had A chocobo.. and Jueno was the furthest thing to ever travel in... We would see a few JP's that are in full AF's running once in a while in Korrokola Tunnel and we would piss in our pants cuz they were high level lol.... Used to call Sky Gods "the four chinese gods" lmafo... lol, Lower Jeuno was lag city back in the days, that was where all the tele shouts would happen. And you're right about the sky access bit. If you had sky access you were L337!! XD .. good times \

I see....lol I dunno where that is but oh well. Yeah I know what you mean about parking. My first semester of college I was @ a community college...finding parking was a ***! Now my apartment is kind of on the campus of the school I go to...so I just walk to classes every morning. So much easier! (except when it rains T_T)
