Taking suggestions on how to automatically determine and categorize which items are commonly used for price fixing. =)

Perhaps flag items that increase/decrease by a significant amount (fixed or percentage) in less than 5 or 10 sales? It's possible that normal items may get flagged if something happens to affect the value (see: Gobbiebag items) but those could be removed after an explanation was found for the sudden change.

Okay... how about showing at least 10 sales, no more than 100.. but show the sales for the item over the last x number of days.

Having something special for some items over others seems odd. I could totally support increasing the price history all together, but I'm not sure if that's feasible (given storage space, bandwidth, etc.).

A very smart person pointed out to me (well, to others, but I happened to be there...) that price fixing is not necessarily RMT activity. It might be dubious and underhanded, but hey - it's not actually cheating. It's being smart with market forces.

What, exactly, would one hope to accomplish by looking for price fixing activity?
