One More Top-level Board, Perhaps

I just had a thought that having a JP-only forum (in the current form, as the ability to post anonymously would probably bring the phishers in again) might help the JP players a bit.
Seeing Japanese text at top-level might get all those English-phobic people (remember, there are too many who were traumatized by horrible English education in their youth) who don't mind posting as their characters to start posting.

But, I will admit that I don't know how many other than myself will actually have the guts to post once such a forum section is up. (-_-;)
