I can come as PUP71/WHM35 or MNK75/DNC26 or WHM37 NIN is annoying to me so I would rather heal myself.

seems to me that you don't understand the situation. Sandworm is camped by the major HNMLS's on all servers, and actually requires decently skilled players, with proper subjobs. you aren't going to kill any of those NM's with a pickup group.

As bad as it sounds he is right, there is little chance outside joining an HNM ls. Though this is a game all content is not accessible to everyone - the design and competition for things like that for pickup groups or even casual players stands on the corner of impossibility. Sorry to add to the bad news :/
