Blue Magic - Subtle Blow
Does Subtle *** trait, and gear affect TP gained by enemie's from Physical Blue Magic cast on them?
I am almost 100% sure Subtle Blow affects physical blue magic.
I'm specifically interested in the effects of Subtle Blow on Disseverment where 1-All hits land...

A few questions down there is one where he mentions Disseverment specifically and gives numbers. But yes, if you have subtle blow, the mob will get less TP from the spell than if you did not have subtle blow.
