ありません like that means "isn't there" or could imply "is gone" lol
Using 上手（じょうず） sounds better to me: 私は日本語が上手じゃありません。 Just had the absolute most epic Rani kill ever, lol. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Wish I had FRAPS'd it.
