Speaking of pastry chefs, Im totally making about 10 pies from scratch for people for Thanksgiving. Gonna be a task but will be fun!

I never ran a freakin plate when i worked at Cheesecake Factory and Ruth's Chris. I just tipped my food runners and busboys extra to run all my food cause i was that psychotic waiter who had 14 tables. lol I'm not a waiter (at least not for the last few years) though so have to find one to team with XD

It was the best day of my life when i gave my 2weeks as a waiter. But it was good experience, and i definitely have so much more respect for the hospitality/food industry. Unless they are just bluntly being rude, I am so nice to may waiters/waitresses.
