I told you what it is. Mine has more cracks in the middle, but other than that they look almost the same.

It's not like you can catch it or anything. Just a type of tongue.

I can make a clover shape with mine. :Q I can't do much with it other than the norm. Tho, I've never really tried.
I can! I can also twist mine around left and right. I can't see how people can't roll it up. Lol.
I can also tie a knot in a cherry stem, too. Lol. Unwrap a Starburst with my mouth. I wish I had special tongue powers, and not for sexual reasons.

doesnt protein just help in repairing muscle tissue? iirc it doesnt actually build muscle..you have to rip it then protein to repair it and bulk up.

Protein will build muscle when you exercise the muscle. Protein will convert to fat if not used. Gaining muscle when you have a really high metabolism is hard work, I know that from experience. But it's definitely possible, especially if you have your parents money to spend on healthy food~.
Unless you have amazing genes, you won't be able to get the body you want unless you pursue it on multiple fronts at once - balanced nutrition, an appropriate workout, sufficient rest, and the patient determination to pull it all through. :)
It is true, muscle is built after you break it down during a workout. Protein is the material used; calories and simple carbs are needed to power the work. This process takes place not while your body is at work, but rather while it's at rest. If you can't get enough rest then it's best not to push yourself - the gains will be slower and the risk of injury high. D: so you mean I cannot play XI all day and lose weight?

I've been struggling to gain weight (and I mean doing my research and really trying) for like 2 years now and only have about 15 pounds more than I started with. :/ Actual workouts don't take much time at all, but the amount of time I spend preparing and eating food is kind of disgusting lol XD I also spend a lot of time sleeping.^^ Too much XI and I would lose it all in a flash. :< |
