Well per point is -2% delay according to wiki, but I think thats only the merit, would be -5% I reckon.

I've also read it to be 3% (or even 2%), but I've never seen such results of these tests. Would be nice to have a source on such tests.

Not necessarily saying you are wrong or anything like that, I would just like to see these tests with my own eyes.

This post is pretty much the only evidence I've eve heard of someone trying to test the snapshot % on the Barbut. I have it, but I don't really know how to run the numbers. However, even if it was zero % snapshot, it would still be the best Ranged TP helm there is...
