So i just tried to log in and i get

error code: POL-5312
The square enix id, square enix password, or one time password is incorrect.

I never changed anything from the night before, and i do not have a token for the random password. Why is this happening?

go to your settings and enter in your SE ID stuff before you log in, and then enter in your SE ID password to log on

thats what I had to do
