Bayonetta, Review, (|Can I Have It?|)

I thought it was fairly mediocre, but I'm hard to please when it comes to video games most of the time. I still find mediocre games fun, and Bayonetta was decent enough and entertaining.

My friends loved it. I think Caiyuo also mentioned loving it in a conversation we had.

I don't know what more I can say.

Oh yeah, she also gets naked to finish off bosses.

I don't personally own it but I played the demo and couldn't imagine it being anything short of spectacular. It's supposed to be far longer than any of the games in the same genre, and coming from the people that made Devil May Cry, you know it must be at least worth a playthrough.

Caiyuo's taste is something not in sync with mine for the better part.

That sounds very wrong, but also very interesting at the same time.

I didn't say I'm not getting it.

I actually doubt I won't own it sometime in the future. I'm just saving for a new laptop, Mass Effect 2, Dead Space 2, and Assassin's Creed 2, among other things. Rather spend my money on games I know will be good, before I spend it on games I hope will be good.

Last game I actually bought was Modern Warfare II and it hasn't left my Xbox360 since then so buying other games kind of seems like a waste of time at the moment. Maybe when I have more money.

Bayonetta > AC2. Especially on 360.
AC2 is buggier than a termite's nest on 360.
Watched my roommate play it from start-finish, so many bugs it was horrendous.

Nothing like diving at your target, killing him, and ending up in the water behind him, having to watch the obligatory CS, then finding out you are now in a location the game doesn't think exists.

Alright, picking it up tomorrow. I'm tight on money too, but wth.

Anyway, beware the PS3 version if you plan to get it and have the option of 360 as many reviewers are saying there's a significant difference between the two. Some make a big deal over the PS3's bugs and some do not, so I can't really say how bad it is.

Aside from that, I played the demo a few days ago and fell in love with this game. There's a metric *** ton of style in this game, seemingly in everything she does, but the game-play feels so smooth and flows so well that it's hard to focus on anything else. I originally thought the nudity and hot-girl-starring-role would be gimmicky as hell, but it feels really similar to the way DMC goes over the top with adding style to everything possible. Definitely plan to buy it.

If DNC was a DD, it would look like Bayonetta! lolz

If you like Ninja Gaiden type game play, you'll enjoy this game. I would say though, that it seems like a rental more than a purchase. Games like this can be beat in a weeks time if you are a dedicated gamer.

Was hoping no one would mention the PS3 version, but it's true...
The bugs are the slight frame loss and loading times compared to the x360 version.
Technically I have both versions. My brother owns the x360, while me the PS3. Let's say I got the bad side of the bargain.
Though I'm praying for some future patches that might help with the hiccups. I can be quite noticeable from time to time.

Otherwise, even with both consoles, I'd still recommend getting the game.
It's that good (assuming you like fast-action paced gamed like DMC).

As far as I know the games were programmed by entirely different studios, and Sega themselves just ended up doing kind of an *** job with the PS3 so seemingly no form of patch would correct the problems at that level, but as you can probably tell by now I'm talking out of my *** so I really have no idea. Good luck! PS3 has gaems now! But they broked!

FFS, IGN has a bigass difference for PS3 and 360. ><
