Well, that picture’s resolution doesn’t really do it justice, but I’ve lived my whole life according to Spartan discipline. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Now at the age of 60 I gave myself a gift of returning a little to the glory of my youth — I understand of course that it’s not entirely possible, but here’s the result of about 16 weeks of dieting for you… and I still play FFXI on PS, which was actually the point of this, I don’t even know myself.

What is your next self improvement goal?

Will see we have classic BB contest in Finland I might try my conditions there..As my career used to be my nations top 6 in my country youth under 90kg dunno whats in the pounds 220 something. after this post you can see link youtube if I ca nfind it XD and thx for nice response.

Idk will se we have contest 60 years XD meet to drop at least 10 pounds to get shape what I need / want apologies my links somehow those did not work. Well this my celebrate day finally get under 95 kg not sure whats that in pounds. And Brother I did drink few beers what I can say have good day in life with family kids etc apologies I did write this without AI so grammar not so good..but after all you live and learn XD
