I have mouse short cuts and when the software for some reason doesn't detect that I've switched apps and doesn't automatically adjust to the correct profile I often get a 7 pasted instead of what I was actually trying to copy/paste.
Just trying to say could have been caused by weird stuff, not just AI. Although I wouldn't know why they'd edit those specific item descriptions now. SE has repeatedly messed up item descriptions in the past. Probably every 3 months. The functionality of the instrument has not changed, its a display error. No reason to change BG when it will be reverted by SE. English is the red headed stepchild. It displays the same in Japanese as it did before.

BG records the text change as a matter of historic record in its monthly update notes page (your link) while the specific item page remains unchanged, if that’s what’s throwing you off Mel.

Only 98% trolling here, but did you test equipping exactly 7 pieces of gear, singing a song where the game clock contains a 7, 7# or #7% moon phase? There could still be a hidden meaning behind the 7, and we need to make sure we are thorough enough so Mel isn't confused about the 7. only works in zone 7 (attohwa chasm)
