I play one character so I don't have an army to plow through everything and I've tried to get people for ody, sortie, limbus etc and it's usually met with silence or the one static in my ls who already did it. I can't even work on campaign ops for Mastery Rank because the nations only have their cities and nothing else, which is something I haven't seen since 2009... A friend was talking to a JP group here the other day and was told "Sylph wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for us". Usually I'd assume that's just JP being JP, but seeing the things I've seen here, I can honestly 100% believe it. The state of the small servers, or maybe just this one since the others seem better off even though they're all around the same population, makes me want to take a break again. Except each time I have, I come back and ***is worse :| Sounds like it's mostly just sylph? Small server here: parts are massively stocked, to the point where i don't even think about supply, because I can easily snag anything I want off AH at any time. Campaign is probably fine, though I rarely check. I've heard that a single, dedicated, player can take over zones these days though, so that might be an option. Rumor has it some guy on our server is single-handedly maintaining windy's dominance in the past. For grouping up for events, we've got at least 4? Maybe a bit more, groups that are running endgame events in my linkshell, and lots of random people showing up and putting together stuff like UNMs, GF, etc throughout the day. It is what it is. /shrug You're right, on the tiny tiny servers XI feels like a single player game. Some people prefer that. Less drama, more peace. Logon to relax and do whatever the *** you want instead of feeling beholden to an LS's schedule. |
