AdjustROE (set You ROE By Command Line)

I was working on some improvements on sirpopalot so it could set he appropriate ROE for the name of the twirly thingy you use the pop command on.
Figured it smack a quick name conversion list onto those add/remove function and a little command handling and boom a small little simple addon if anyone can use it

AdjustROE commands:
aroe add <roe_id|unity_nm_name>
aroe remove <roe_id|unity_nm_name>
Example: aroe add Sovereign Behemoth
Example: aroe remove Tumult Curator
