IIRC, last year it just appeared in inventory on a random day at JP midnight? Was not tied to an update and also was not announced prior. Maybe we are still getting one? Fingers crossed.

The number of ways that SE just screws Beastmaster is staggering (i.e. Beastmaster inherently weaker front-line DD than WAR). So rather than improve one-handed Axe or Beastmaster or actual human players, just make the Beastmaster Trust -> Warrior main. Jesus-Tap-Dancing-Christ. :(

There is no chance this is related to job balance; it's because as a BST main he has no g.axe skill. Since they made his ws dependent on g.axe skill, he had to become a WAR.

I respectfully disagree. Give Beastmaster's access to Bravura. Problem solved. Otherwise, this is Beastmaster Erasure. :|

The bigger win was the Mastery Rank up from it, the trust primers are insignificant in the grander scheme.

This new RoE feature doesn't appear to be working, at least not in all circumstances. Tried on a level 51 BLM and 60 RDM. Quest is not automatically flagged, nor is it segragated in any way if manually flagged.



It's possible the next in the series might automatically flag once I complete the 65 cap quest, I suppose.

I mean there's no way you CAN'T be banned for that right? That should be an easy flag to clip whoever generated that error message. Surely they aren't still walking among us? Right???

Buddy of mine - this one genuinely isn't me, I'm not nearly bold enough - found out there's actually a cap on deeds at 9600 at the moment by doing three such objectives.

And that account is still walking among us. So I wouldn't hold your breath.

(legitimate deeds cap is somewhere around 4500 if you took them all from Vana'Bout over better rewards and never missed a month/an objective)

If you look at the message they posted, it's not clear they even realized that you had to exploit to hit those objectives. If it stays in the public conversation or enough people complain they could still do something since there's no way to legitimize one of those characters, but doesn't seem like they have so far.

Course, it still depends how many people actually did it. If they have to ban hundreds, gonna be a tough sell.

How many Trust primers are avail this month?

Four in the monthly.

One in the new "Tutorial/Quests (Growth)/Unlock Alter Ego Points".

There is one from Ambuscade under Total Hallmarks for reaching 100.I checked what could be bought with Hallmarks and didn't see any listed.

They added one to the Ambuscade rewards that will be there permanently, so 5 per month going forward. There will also be an Anniversary Event this month that will grant one of those Tomes which gives 100 trust points. So it's a good month to boost trusts.

The Trust Magic Tome from the new RoE quest gives you 100 points

Seems to be tied to part2 of the Strange Things Happening in Vana'diel event, according to jpwiki, it is used with Fafnir Scale and Kirin Mane to make the rse body and legs. Also makes the Jaja sword and mace with the -1 Mamool weapons.

4 trust primers from monthly RoEs - 20 pts each
1 trust tome from new one time RoE - 100 pts
1 trust prime from total hallmarks - 20 pts
1 trust tome from anniversary event - 100 pts
and according to the update notes -
1 trust primer for logging in during campaign - 20 pts.

So I guess 320 pts total.

Dinged BLM56 and got the message in chat and RoE automatically.

Some notes for the new RoE objectives:

Reforge Relic mirrors the Reforge AF objectives in that it requires a body piece, though the 2 new objectives just say relic armor instead of relic body armor. Chapter 7 rewards should clue you in to it being body pieces, but FYI all the same.

Obtaining Ambuscade Weapon and Reforge Weapons 1, 2, 3 require Tokko, Ajja, Eletta, and Kaja variants of the weapon. A completed final stage weapon does not work. (Edit: Kaja reportedly works for all objectives, just not the final stage variants.)

Obtaining Ambuscade Armor and Reforging 1 and 2 you CAN use a +2 piece.

Completing the 7 objectives in Intermediate 2 unlocked the following 3 objectives:
Omen Good Routes (special reward: sack of Escha beads)
Joining a Shared Dynamis (D) (special reward: Beastmen's Medal)
Entering Vagary (special reward: Codex of Etchings)

I bit the bullet and tried setting CoaOp and XPChain monthly RoE's and I was met with "unable to set objective", so they patched out the ability to even set the monthly RoE's that are out of rotation.

The ID's for the current four are still the same, so I'll presume next month and the month after ID's will also be unchanged.

Oh god, another boring event with a terrible UI that I'm forced to do to get the trust primer.
