These fights have been very fun.
I understand that many of them are years old by this point and power creep has made many of them trivial compared to what they used to be. It has still been a fun journey to work our way through them. For Black and White, we wiped once because I watched a video where someone had their WHM stand in with everyone else, I tried copying that and we quickly died. But then we went back in and killed it the next attempt. For Shadow Lord, that fight is a joke - cleared in 1 attempt, twice in the same day for two different groups of people. We did Iroha third, and for that fight we maybe wiped about 10 times before clearing it. (WTF @ No Lightsaber weapon for this one) For Ultima and Omega, WHM is not part of the job composition, so I got my ML0 SMN from having no gear to being adequate for the fight in 4 days of hard grinding. We cleared this one in one attempt as well. The fifth trial is when you've gotta put your big boy pants on. We made a masssive leap in progression yesterday - previous to this we had never gotten Eald'Narche to 40% for the charm mechanic yet. In one day of progression we not only got past that hurdle but got all the way to AA EV, and timed out at 60 minutes due to too many deaths and lost buffs by that point. I only intend to do the first 5 fights because I don't have the proper jobs leveled or geared to the point required for them, and WHM isn't used in either of the last two trials. But it has been great fun - and after we've finished with the fifth trial, I'll be benching myself and cheering the group on if they decide to bash their heads against August or Chaos fights. If anyone reading this would like assistance with the first 5 trials, hit me up in game - Acemonkey. I find all 5 of the first ones to be very fun and I'll help you through it just for the fun of it. Crystal Paradise without Yagrush is a real challenge, jeez. Here are some pictures I have from what has happened so far with this group.

 It was a fight that was both thrilling and incredibly frustrating… dying after just 20 seconds… after 10 minutes of preparation… but we stood strong together as a team! I’d like to thank everyone, the community that supports us through this thread, and the players who were able to help us and give us advice <3 <3 .
