Chococard Hunting All Servers

Unfortunately last month I accidentally tossed my VCS token for my red chocobo. Great motivator to finally finish creating a perfect triple R chocobo as it was previously a RRG.

I am on the lookout for chococards, male or female, with R in the 3rd color slot and even better if R in other spots of the DNA. I will transfer servers with an alt and pay for cards. You can scan your chococards to see if you can assist using Ivaar’s chococard addon found here.

I also have Female BlueBlueBlue, GreenGreenGreen, and BlackBlackBlack(soon) chococards on Bahamut if anyone is after a specific color.

i have some green, red, blue and black chocos on my mule and my husbands account (no idea on official genes since i never ran this lua before now), will update if they're reactivated

Besides that one RedRedRed (F), I also have 3x BlackRedRed (2F,1M), 1x GreenGreenYellow (F) and 1x RedBlackBlack (M).

You'd think I was aiming for RRR there :D

So what does red red red mean? Are there really no red male choco? How would one determine a perfect choco anyway? max stats? This is the first I've ever seen of something like this.. SE doesn't let us know too much about these birds.

It's just another form of min/maxing truth be told. Having a bird with all 3 of the same color gene increases the probability that the offspring egg will be of that color. A chocobo Punnett square is best way to imagine it. A perfect chocobo is just one with 640 total stat budget. Abilities and how the stat spread is distributed is all up to the individual as there are many variations of birds possible.

Somewhat Warm 10.0%(three identical) 75.0%(two identical) 15.0%(different) 12.0%(yellow) 22.0%(red) 22.0%(blue) 22.0%(black) 22.0%(green)

(probably not how the math actually works I use a lot of mind over matter)

I specifically wanted red male so if I didn't get it I would of just ended until I did however got red male first try

because it's 10% 3 75% 2 15% different so the roll is 3/4s of the time you get 2
then 12% yellow 22% everything else so that's like 1/4.something you get the color you want say 1/4.something

then adding 3/4 and 1/4.something(which doesn't need to be done) 4/8.something blablablabla that's where I stopped doing the math and just took the gamble lol
24.25 on color then I assume split in half for female/male 12.125% chance at red male but everything is 12.125% chance
besides yellow which is a lot less
