I heard if you reach 100% Dual Weild you can actually Quadruple Wield on NIN. My friend is a GM.

Unironically for our Ongo v25 clear our NIN stacked dual wield for Gokotai to skillchain with the BLU.

That being said, wear as much as possible buddy, shoot for the stars.
