We always get a blue chest with the 2 brown ones while doing a objectives for the shard and metal

I didn't record any +1 cases since I pop them as I get them... can't resist. And yes, 90% of the +1s are min rolled pretty much That pretty much confirms that JP post that shows that Case and Case+1 have a higher droprate for the 6 NQ jobs over the advanced jobs.
I really wonder if this is meant on purpose (which purpose?) or an error they didn't notice and refuse to acknowledge. Where do people usually pop their old case +1 at? My group for the first time started popping while running around Sortie cuz alcohol and got 4 +2 earrings in a run, 2 of which went to me. Also, one of us uses TH in provoke, I'm about to full time TH lol.

2x drg 2x pld What are the chances of me getting the same earring twice? Of course those are 2 of the very few jobs I don't play The amount of shits you give and the "skill" you think you have on that job are inversely related to their drop rate.
IE; if you want a +2 WAR, your war better be level 1 and better be *** terrible at it. Or heavily overconfident in your ability. If you dislike job (job), dont play (job), dont have (job) your +2 rate is the highest on that (job).

But no seriously, anybody competent enough with mats to calculate a approx chance % of that to happen to anyone? Because it feels to me like I've won a lottery... In reverse I guess but still a lottery XD One of the members of my static 3 of his first 4 +2s were whm and he doesn't even play whm, so it happens for sure.
The six basic jobs have a ~20% higher chance to pop (if I remember the right %) than the other jobs ones though.
Also confirmed.
Only +2 earring I've ever seen is BRD. Only job I still have at level 1 is BRD.

1 x War +2 its not the job you want to play, its the job SE has assigned you to become :') in other RNG sadness, I have 3-7 +1 for every job EXCEPT SAM, I've never seen a SAM +1, I play SAM for sortie runs.

I was a Perma RUN for over 6 months of sortie. I got THF and SAM+2 earrings but never a RUN+1.
I swapped over to WAR main and have only seen WHM+2 but plenty of RUN+1.

We've seen some +2s, rare as heck in our group.
I'm still looking for a DRG+2 myself(hell even an NQ at this point), and our group feels like they nerfed the drop rates straight up. Buddy of mine doesn't have DRG unlocked, and I'm our group's DRG REMA main, and he got a +2(nice roll, too) and I got nothing. I have Bst +2 Earring, minimum stats and Rune fencer +2 earring maximum stats.
I play both jobs. Bst is my absolute favorite and first +2 that I got. Its jut random. Quetzalcoatl.Xilkk said: » Its jut random. There's still some element of randomness, you just got really lucky and got the 0.005% chance of rolling a +2 earring for jobs you actually play. But yeah I also got a BST+1 with good augs as one of my first +1s, was very pleased with that. Maybe that also ties into the fact (FACT!) that BST earrings were assigned a higher drop rate than other jobs due to being less played overall.

PUP+2 earring today.
The only job I have never, ever played or even unlocked. Its whm, run, dnc none stop for me. All jobs I dislike and don't play. first war earring ever was a +2. it was case maybe # 1000? Doing sortie from day one, almost every day but not Aminon.
Earring +2: 0 Earring +1: All jobs but BRD, DRK was the last one so long. I just get rid of all of normal quality earrings: 20x WAR, 36x MNK, 35x WHM, 28x BLM, 21x RDM, 22x THF, 35x PLD, 17x DRK, 28x BST, 35x BRD, 18x RNG, 34x SAM, 17x NIN, 30x DRG, 28x SMN, 24x BLU, 32x COR, 21x PUP, 29x DNC, 25x SCH, 22x GEO and 26x RUN. Still owning 379 unopened old cases and hope for some kind of exchange rate some day... I don't play WHM, PLD, BST, BRD, SMN and DNC, so I not opened that much of this earings.
