Tumult Curator

Is there anyone on phoenix who is capable of killing Tumult Curator? I would love to farm him because i need the chest piece but my core group is unable to kill him and the event for double coffers is ending soon.

I'm a full rema bard so that's the best way I could contribute to a group who can clear it.
