There isn't really any CoP LS's around anymore. Only one that really went was Oceanids, but they stopped doing specific CoP years ago. Best bet is probably asking around in Secretomana as there's dozens of people there who need CoP, and you're already familiar with most of them from the Swift Belt runs. :)
