Very much not, but context matters. For some people it's easier to make(obtain) gil than successfully kill bumba.

Cost is just too high considering you could just burn an amp hit it once and get the full benefit instead. It's free to fail and still get a ton of RP.

I personally think Bumba v15 clear for 25m is a great price.

If you think their price are too high, you should offer a competing service at a lower price as obviously you see this as a great profit making opportunity.

Like when Mulcibar Scoria hit 8M, instead of thinking damn these farmers are unreasonable, I make a few extra pops. When price drop to 4M instead of thinking, damn these undercutters, I stock up and wait until price raise again.

It's a pretty good way to make gil, buy when you think the market is oversupplied and sell when the demand is high.

If you think the price is too high and yet you yourself are not willing to provide this service days after boring days for the same price, then you are just a whiner.

Bumba v15 for 25m is definitely cheap as ***. People pay that for v0 on Asura. No one's forcing you to buy anything.

I saw someone yell for Bumba V15 for 60 ish m in the night lol. 25m is pretty good.

I suppose you could rationalize V0 clears being overpriced because the gear is cheaper on Asura. If I had to guess though, most of those buyers don't have atonement clears and haven't bothered with moogle mastery.

Perhaps hate is the wrong word. Not sure what to call the feeling I get knowing that people pay tens of millions for content that I can watch my automaton/trusts (mostly) solo. The idea of progress is mostly lost on Asurans.

I have 4/5 R20 Nyame and all but one Aeonic and I didn't pay a single gil to some merc for any of them. It's amazing what happens when you do work and actually play the game as it was intended instead of just buying gil -> paying a merc to clear content for you. Nothing is more pathetic than someone spending their hard earned irl money only to be trash at the game because even if they get all the best stuff this game has to offer, they still fail at performing even the most basic fundamental tasks of any job they play.

Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against merc groups that sell clears like this. If they can find the suckers willing to pay this kind of money for their services, more power to them. It's better the gil goes to them instead of some CCP RMT sweatshop facility like the current Aeonic/JobPoint bots plaguing this game.

Y'all got paper like that to burn huh? Fight takes 2.5 minutes and you can steamroll the other two to maintain boosted RP. Literally the easiest set of fights in the game. You even get RP for trying and failing. SE is actually giving you FREE RP for just showing up and people are STILL choosing to cash out, calling it a "good deal".

You misunderstand, sir. I am not Mercing anything Ody. I was simply referring to that in comparison to the 60m/fight shouts that already exist on Odin, 25m is a way better deal.

The hardest part of Bumba v15 is getting Bumba v15 access. It’s the unlock grind that makes 25mil not a bad deal. Especially for people without a solid static or limited schedule.
